Many are asking us if the request of many swimming pools to request the greenpass is legitimate, even if only to accompany their children in the changing room.
Law Decree 105 introduced the obligation to have a greenpass for "swimming pools, swimming centers, gyms, team sports, wellness centers, also within accommodation facilities, referred to in article 6, limited to indoor activities". In our view, it must already have been clear enough that "indoor activities" meant access to the pool and not accompany a minor to the changing rooms, but evidently in this climate of chaos not everything that should be "normal" becomes obvious. .
For those who need it, we inform you that the Italian Swimming Federation of the Veneto region has published a clarification statement on its website on the subject:
“Those who access only the secretariat for information and / or registration are not required to present the Green pass. Carers of minors and people with disabilities who need support in the locker room (stay limited to support only and immediate exit from the facility) are not subject to the presentation of the Green pass. "

If you are faced with greenpass requests to accompany minors in the changing rooms, we invite you to ask for your rights to be respected by making the secretariat aware of this official FIN press release.
